We ship across India and take care to deliver your order quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or over weekends are processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by contacting our support team with your order number.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Refunds for returned packages may be subject to a deduction of shipping costs incurred.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, please photograph the packaging and product and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Currently We Ship Only Within India
At this time, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
